(January 13, 2017, 9:56 am)Myself and my family visited Adapt CKD and we were meet with a warm welcome by fantastic and professional instructors. All the students were friendly and very supportive, these classes are great for self defensive and fitness for all ages. I was honoured to be able to see some of the children training here (what an incredible bunch) they all worked hard while having fun, everyone left smiling as did we. I Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

We were instantly met by professional, passionate staff who made the boys feel very welcome. Since then my older son and I have taken classes. These people really know what they are doing and want everyone to enjoy this martial art as much as they do. They come highly recommended from us.

Then after a few months I decided to give it a go, closely followed by my 57 year old mum.
We all love training with Adapt CKD. -
