Jacqui was the second estate agent we enlisted to sell our house, following a poor experience with another. Jacqui is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend her to anyone. Her experience and communication skills set her apart from the rest. We are so grateful for the way she went above and beyond to sell our house in a tough market.
I was happy with the valuation the agent gave and it turned out to be realistic, clearly they are experienced and that gave me confidence. They seemed to have a good list of potential buyers already as they started showing people around quickly. They kept us informed regularly and worked with the solicitors/ mortgage broker etc to minimise holdups, which was great because I was busy with work. They were great to deal with and highly professional. Clarke's made something that could have been a hassle, nice easy so am very happy.
Jac is Brilliant, nothing is to much trouble , the total opposite of a greedy Estate Agent , cannot recommend her enough xxxx
Jaqui is rather nice and helpful! Down to earth and easy to communicate with! Parking is at the back only once you found the place!
