Southfields Group Practice is a friendly GP. Staff care about you, you can leave a message to the doctors and they call you back if you need any advice. Dr. Kooner is a kind and great doctor, a part of him there are other doctors always willing to help you out and clarify our questions. I just had one bad experience a long time ago, but the most important is that the majority staff and doctors are understanding and kind. I really feel I can talk to them , they really give me a excellent attention.
So as a fellow doctor this is where I go for my care - because they're great!!
I was very pleased with the service. I needed an emergency appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and the doctor very thorough. Thank you for squeezing me in at such short notice.
Three generations of my family use this excellent GP practice. Very efficiently run. None of us, including OAPs, have had any problems with the booking system. Staff are friendly and helpful.
