  When I first saw Elsa, I was on crutches on account of developing a nerve palsy in one of my legs. After a careful medical history, Elsa started a comprehensive examination and after applying various Osteopathic techniques she straightened my pelvis and legs. This was followed up with exercises I could start straightaway at home.
  
  After seeing Elsa for the first visit, I could stop using the crutches and I started walking by myself as normal again! I was given more exercises between appointments to help me become stronger. After the last visit, I had built up my walking time and I felt fitter and motivated to start formally exercising again.
  
  I am very grateful to Elsa for helping me give back my health and independence. Elsa is extremely professional, efficient, down to earth and friendly and I felt like I was in safe hands with her. This lovely lady knows what she is talking about and I wholeheartedly recommend her to you! Thank you very much Elsa.

  I visited Elsa with chronic lower back pain (due to sedentary lifestyle and bad sitting posture). This was the very first time I visited an osteopath and I was somewhat wary of what to expect. Elsa combined professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that made me feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointment. She took careful notes of my medical history, exercise routine, the number of hours I spend sitting, etc. She looked at my overall posture and used massage, manipulations and stretching to ease my pain. I found her techniques gentle but very effective, plus she gave me a set of exercises to do at home to improve my condition between appointments.
  Soon enough Elsa suspected that I have been suffering with regular back pain because of stress and adjusted the treatment plan and techniques accordingly. I felt not only more mobile but also more relaxed which was wonderful. Elsa really knows what she is doing; I could not recommend her more!
