  For those who have not tried reflexology, it really is a must. Sarah has a beautiful relaxing treatment room and a first class service to go with it.
  During my pregnancy I am suffering with lower back ache, but after just a few treatments with Sarah the tension eased dramatically and I always come out of the treatment feeling so calm and zen - which I know is good for both me and the baby.

  Sarah's treatment room is a tranquil oasis of peace amongst our busy lives. Sarah is kind and professional, putting you at ease. The chair & treatment is so relaxing it almost feels as though you are floating in mid air! Sarah takes time to get to know her clients needs and also gives great feedback after the treatment to let you know any areas to work on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah.

  As a 62 year young woman I have experienced neck and shoulder discomfort and nagging pain for as long as I care to remember. I started going to Sarah who showed me how reflexology could ease and stimulate muscles that need to be strengthened. From her lovely treatment room and her calm professional manner I gradually experienced less discomfort and ease of movement again. Thank you so much I can not recommend her highly enough and thank you again.

  I’m so greatful to have found Sarah and Breathe Reflexology. Like many of us, I lead a very hectic life and having recently become a new Mum too finding some dedicated me time has been vital. Everything from the idyllic treatment room hideaway to the care and empathy Sarah gives whilst treating and getting to know me and my needs; to checking in post treatment, just makes it all such a wonderful experience. Reflexology has helped with reducing my aches and pains, tiredness and spells of anxiety...not to mention being the most luxurious hour of me time. Put simply, I would be lost without it!

  Beautiful treatment room surrounded by stunning countryside, Sarah is so friendly and helpful, I feel relaxed the minute I arrive. I was stunned at what my feet told her, it’s an amazing therapy I have only just discovered but already signed up to a course. - Thank you
