Radhika is an excellent, attentive teacher. Her classes provide a perfect balance of exercise for the body, and relaxation for the mind. As the class sizes are small, Radhika is aware of our individual strengths, weaknesses and energy levels and this enables her to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Her warmth, friendliness and sense of calm shine through; I leave the class every week feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
We both enjoy our weekly session with Radhika. The mixture of meditation and exercise is just right and the benefits very noticeable. We have no hesitation in recommending Radhika. Neil & Helen
Radhika is absolutely lovely! She provides a private class for my husband and I on a weekly basis and we absolutely love it. It's a great way to unwind from the stresses and strains from daily life and focus on getting, your mind and body in a state of calmness and balance.
The combination of mindfulness and exercise is great and we always leave feeling refreshed and ready to face a new day.
Radhika is very approachable, friendly and caring and wants you to understand the concepts behind the exercises as well as how to perform them correctly which is a nice added touch.
