  This gym is really worth looking at for many reasons.
  Firstly, they have a vast range of equipment. Plenty of free weights, kettlebells, a professional cardio area, space to stretch out and even a newly installed boxing ring.
  Secondly, they have a depth of equipment that is rare to find. Different types of equipment to work muscles from different angles.
  Clearly there has been a lot of thought put into the design and the members needs have listened to. So much more equipment than other gyms/training facilites in the area.
  Thirdly, the staff are friendly and knowledgable. I was inducted by Dec and his personality was one of the reasons I decided to get back into training more frequently and intensely than before.
  The final reason that this gym deserves a 5/5 is that it makes training enjoyable, and you want to come back again and again.

  Amazing gym. Full of fantastic equipment for all types of training. Very friendly atmosphere and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Awesome gym. Great equipment not over subscribed and a good atmosphere. More powders and shakes etc than you would know what to do with. Feels like the bar from Cheers if you do it right

  Great value for money, the staff are lovely and the equipment is not something you'll find down your local gym. Heavy weight training goes on down here and upstairs some lighter weights with a good mirror area. They also do personal training and make food/protein shakes. Worth taking a look!
