(September 14, 2018, 5:48 am)After lots of rugged use on the streets of London, my fold-up really needed some repair from an expert, and I was worried I was going to have to retire it after eight years on the road. Geoff gave me a very reasonable estimate and delivered my bike back in good time and absolutely excellent condition. It has never ridden better. It has seven gears including some I thought would never work again. Now they all do. His nearest competitor in Larkfield wasted my time by holding onto my bike until they produced an estimate 402% higher than at the Bike Site. The amount they quoted was within £100 of the original purchase price. In contrast, I went to the Bike Site, was given an estimate on the spot, found it was accurate, and left extremely happy and with a bicycle that has a new lease of life.
