  I recently went shopping on the retail park only to find that my car wouldn't start on returning to it .
  Foolishly I had left my mobile at home so was stranded.I went into Halfords in a bit of a state as the car park period was almost up and I was stressing about getting a fine.
  I went to the till to ask if anyone could either let me use the phone or have a look at my car.The young guy on the till was very helpful calling someone to assist me.
  A man called Alan came to my rescue with a jump start box and thankfully the car started. He advised to get my battery checked by them and gave me a quote for replacement.
  I can't thank the staff enough for helping me the service was terrific.
  I will come back to them in the near future on his advice.
  Well done! Good customer service seems to be rare these days but you certainly excel in this area.

  Really efficient and quick for bulb replacement service for my car.All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful

  Walked in store, about 2 seconds later an advisor was locked on to me. I knew exactly what I was looking for. 2 litres of oil. (The least expensive option) But he offered to go get it for me anyways.
  
  Im like okay awesome... (5 seconds later)
  
  I walked no more than 2 steps to to the tills..
  He then offered to go put it in the car.
  Knowing full well I had struggled 2 days prior to this trying to get the stupid cap off...
  I was going to take all the help I could get.
  
  Of course, he got it off within 10 seconds...
  
  So car is topped up, fixed, all within 5 minutes of walking in the store.
  Now that was pretty impressive..

  Everything you could want for your car knowlegible staff hard to find but all willing to try. A bit pricy

  Always been really helpful when I’ve come in with my latest cycling and sob story. Good value and always done the business to get me on the road again. Also they were really lovely and patient with my 3 year old who used the cycle shop as a Grand Prix circuit and asked endless questions- top marks!
