Having looked at other retailers of the endless pool, or that style, we felt happiest purchasing from here. lots of info and help with out being "pushy". Delivery and installation staff also faultless, and made the whole experience seamless.

(October 30, 2018, 5:18 pm)Having visited most of the hot tub show rooms in Kent last on our list was hotspring world. Daniel is very knowledgable and helped us make the right choice. These spas were the best quality we had seen and we were confident not only that the product was top notch but the after sales care and servicing would be too.
My sister also visited hotspring world and we both ended up with the same spa delivered and installed on the same day without any problems, instal team were great got us up and running in no time.

We visited various hot tub companies before we made our decision. We we’re so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and “lack of pressure” we placed our order with HotSprings. Not a pushy salesman at all and made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy. After gathering all the information I needed, I decided to go ahead and purchase a Vanguard from Daniel.
The product and support from Daniel was outstanding and I cannot be more happy with my decision!
