  I suddenly starting getting back pain and managed to get an appointment quickly with Lloyd. He carried out a full assessment and diagnosed the problem straight away, after my first session I definitely had some relief and Lloyd emailed me some exercises to do. I have had another 2 sessions which have continued to improve my symptoms. Lloyd has put me at ease and explains the reasons why I have the problems. He does not insist on weekly sessions, but encourages things to do at home to speed up recovery. Very impressed.

  Lloyd is fantastic. If you have any problems I highly recommend that you get in touch. Lloyd will look after you and make you feel brand new in no time. Anna who looks after the appointments is lovely as well.

  I have been seeing Lloyd for various issues over the last couple of years, he always finds the problem very quickly and I always leave the clinic feeling and moving better than when I went in.
  I couldn’t recommended him highly enough, he’s always eager to help, his knowledge, skill and application is second to none.

  Fantastic service at this clinic, Lloyd quickly diagnosed my injury and after the first appointment had appeased a lot of the pain. I had written off my chances of running an upcoming marathon but 3 sessions at the Aark and I’m right back on track shin splints have all but disappeared. Top bloke and very knowledgable in his field. Also made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout. The follow up advice re stretches and nutrition was an added bonus too.

  Lloyd is great. He was recommended to me a couple of years ago and i never took the time to go... until i HAD to. A shame his profession is not recognised as it is in France. Especially knowing the longer years of study they have to go through to get there. Osteos provide instant relief. My neck had lost most of its mobility and I had been in pain for so long... in 2 sessions I felt like a new woman. I wish I had gone much earlier. but for me it was a bit too pricey at the time. I can say now I will visit him as soon as I need and will very happily pay for it. Lloyd is very professional and friendly, he makes you feel at ease. The clinic provides a warm peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
