Taking car for service and MOT. Staff are friendly and helpful plus, very relaxed and comfortable waiting area. To sum up. Friendly and relaxed but still remaining professional.
On top of the above, a personal phone call the next day to check I was happy and that all was well with the car.
Personal service is important to me, rather than impersonal third-party surveys that mean nothing.

Recently bought a car from here. We had to travel a fair distance to collect the car. We met Angus, finally after lots of phone/email communications, he always kept us up to date. He was so good talking us through all the paperwork and then took us to our new car. He went through what it does and doesn’t do, how to drive it (my first time in an automatic), explaining it all clearly and just generally made us feel well looked after and valued as customers. Angus was helpful, patient and really knew about the car. He is a credit to the company.

I’ve given it a few days to review as I wanted to try out some of the things the car offers that he explained to us - yes he was right, it’s a fun drive (in B), it does go well and yes we’ve had a ‘play’ and set it up (screen) to suit us.

Fantastic experience of buying a new car !! Wonderful dealership, Great ambiance in the showroom, Good friendly staff well as Good Management Angus Ray was spot on with everything and true to his word and delivered my new car on time and when he said !! He also made the handover so smooth and explained everything throughly. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are buying a new Renault. I didn’t mind travelling from MK to Peterborough to pick up my new Renault top of the range Arkana E-Tech engineered as they also came up the the most competitive price !!
