(April 19, 2016, 7:44 am)I used Ideal Touch for the first time last week as I moved into a new house and the ovens needed a serious amount of cleaning. Peter arrived and it was like watching a member of the SAS dismantle a weapon the way the oven came apart ! doors off, shelves out, all the rubbers off etc. he has a vat of boiling water and the necessary chemicals in his van and when the parts came back in and were reassembled (equally as quick and well rehearsed as the dismantle!) it really was like brand new.
Totally professional, outstanding job and sensibly priced, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will be using them again.
