(April 29, 2018, 6:34 am)I joined GRAFT on a grey Saturday morning in Jan 2015, after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I can honestly say it has been the BEST decision I have made in a long time! ALL the trainers are brilliant and motivate you in their own individual style. No 2 classes are the same but you always leave with a smile on your face having had a great time. I am loving the new Spring/Summer timetable with the extra evening classes, as I am unable to attend the mornings, and, the fact classes are held on Bank Holidays. I've lost weight, toned up, my stamina has increased, and, just as important, I've made some new friends. I am proud to be a "Grafter " and would encourage everyone to give it a go, you won't be disappointed!
