(March 10, 2016, 2:58 am)We've had these guys looking after several family cars (between my husband and I and the in laws) and they are ALWAYS honest, fair and helpful beyond words.
As for the chap with the wipers problem; sounds like he's from that 'certain sector of society' that wants something for nothing..
Our experiences with Russel and the crew have always been positive, even when the news is not great, which one expects with less than new vehicles. They've never undertaken work without advising us if it's a bigger job and due to the integrity of the company and quality of their work, those jobs are few and far between.
I for one, cannot recommend this garage highly enough. It can be a minefield for women taking cars to mechanics, but from Pam in the clean and welcoming reception to the team on the shop floor, this is a great example of how it can be done without alienating us.
I'll be booking in my car for it's third MOT with them later today as I trust their judgement and their work very highly. -
