(July 20, 2018, 5:35 am)Disembarked MV COLOMBUS this morning 20th July. Ship side was very under organised. Staff in TILBURY CRUISE TERMINAL could not have been more helpful .
Russ and team went above and beyond to help us with onward luggage by carrier. My elderly father is disabled and was in pain with clots in lungs which caused us to panic slightly. Thankyou for calming everything down. Well done guys. ???? -
