Christian Brothers Automotive Trussville

Had to replace the radiator on my wife's car, I dropped the vehicle off Friday not long before closing. We were immediately taken care of with friendly service and our vehicle was ready mid day Tuesday. Amazing and excellent service!

Friendly, professional and thorough, kept me an abreast on the entire process. My service advisor Jaylun Thomas was friendly and very attentive. I live in the Trussville area and I’m grateful to have an honest, clean and professional place to have my car serviced.

Christian Brothers of Trussville was an inviting and welcoming experience from the time I stepped in the door. The entire team was friendly and ready to serve any needs to take care of my car. This time was for an oil change but they got a long time customer out of it. Trustworthy and honest are words that come to mind and that’s not always the case in the automotive industry. I’ve used Christian Brothers twice in the last couple of months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better shop to take my vehicle to. You feel very welcomed from the first moment you step into their office. The entire team that I’ve had the pleasure working with, was extremely professional, and polite. You can tell the customer service is very important to them, and that’s something to be admired and appreciate it. Both times they gave me a ride home, and picked me up when the car was ready. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. First time I just needed an oil change; the second time it required more extensive work. They gave me a quote, and did not derail from it like other shops might do when they see a female.
No, they did not pay me to write this review…lol - but it almost sounds like. Actually, this is my first review …EVER
I realized that people are more inclined to write bad reviews when they are not satisfied with the service vs. writing positive reviews when are.
This is the only place I’ll be talking my vehicle to get it repaired from now on.
