It's fast food. Yes the food was fast, in and out quickly. If you like fast food than not a bad place to go.

I had been looking for a Yamaha TW200 for several months, but supply chain problems was making it feel like I was looking for a unicorn. I finally found a barely used one through Cycle Trader at Big #1, so I had to check it out. I'm 3 hours away, so I had never heard of Big #1. Win Early took my call and answered all my questions, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that I could put a deposit down on the bike, make the drive to pick it up, and not have any surprises when I showed up to pick it up. And that was 100% true! We showed up at our appointment to pick it up, and the bike was ready to load up, the paperwork was done, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork, then Win helped me load it up on my truck for the trip back home. The bike was even BETTER than I had hoped! Brett in parts and accessories was awesome too. I won't hesitate to make the drive again to make another purchase from Big #1!

WOW, that says it all. I called about a bike and didn't get someone right away. They said I would get a call back. I was skeptical, but sure enough Win called me and let me know about the bike and all the trimmings. I then found a bike at another dealership closer, but the deal went south quick. Once again, Win called me back and asked how my deal was going, it wasn't!! He then kindly got all my paperwork together on gave me the hook-up, same make and model but a better deal and all the info upfront. Win explained how motorcycles here going fast, as we know they are, and with a small deposit I was assured the bike. And I got the bike without hassle. With a maximum of being in the showroom for less then thirty minutes! Everyone was friendly and engaging, not a dud in the place! Makes me wish I lived in Alabama! Bog Number 1 consistently has an excellent service department. They are very thorough and patient, understand my ATV environment and usage, and tailor a service plan around me. Although my unit is older, they don’t try to sell me parts I don't need. I trust them. And Big Number 1 is literally the best MANAGED small business I've ever been in. Each area is clearly its own profit center, the phones get answered before one ring, and consistent follow up with outgoing phone calls happen regularly. And I get the feeling that the owner rewards individual performance with higher pay. That's a reward and accountability system intertwined. The brands are excellent, the hours are long, and the employees get a break as they are closed on Sunday AND Monday. Conveniently located by I 65, they make doing business fun. See for yourself.

James is the man. He got me on a fourwheeler a month ago, and got me in a side x side today. All my business goes to this company and James is the man Ill go to every time. Highly recommend him to anyone. If you need anything, ask for James. Awesome place, have nothing but good things to say. Update!!!! I’ve been dealing with Big 1 for years now and I’m here to say that they’ve been great this whole time. I recently just ordered some wheels from the parts department, and Brett (if I remember his name correctly) went above and beyond. We had a small misunderstanding and the wrong wheels were ordered but they didn’t hesitate to make things right. Much respect to the whole big 1 team. Great customer service, very friendly people. Y’all have forever earned my business.
