    I stayed here for 3 months temporarily. I love it. Its quiet except for the person above me. They were moving furniture at 430 in the morning

    Jennifer and Diamond were excellent! The experience was delightful...they were very helpful and professional. If you're looking for a place to stay and a good environment please stop at the park at sunderland and ask for Jennifer and Diamond!

    Jennifer and Diamond are very professional and great to work with. They made our move to Birmingham so easy. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a nice apartment to go to The park at Sunderland. The apartments are beautiful.

    This place is wonderful . The staff and maintenance members are very professional and helpful . They will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs . It is very nice and peaceful here . Beautiful remodeling in the apartments and friendly neighbors . Malik is by far the most helpful & fastest employee I’ve ever seen . He’s VERY professional and helpful, he will make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. VERY EXCELLENT customer service .
