Where do I begin?! I called them TEN days before I needed a place to stay! They set me up an appointment for the very next day to show me some properties! Jessica asked me some questions about things I had to have in an apartment and things that were a deal breaker, what area I wanted, price range, and etc. I met with Travis the next morning, who took me around to some properties that he had lined up. Let me say this, I am kind of hard to please, but Travis did not give up. He listened to my concerns about the other properties and could tell I wasn’t 100% pleased. He took me to a property that was not even in the original plans, which I LOVED! I ended up signing a lease there! What would have been a week long process alone, Hope Leasing turned into a couple of hours! They remove the hassle of calling many different complexes asking about rates and availability. They handle all of that for you! They are so professional and caring. Let me add, it is 100% free. They do not charge you ANYTHING! I’m so glad I found them! They were God sent, and they made this process so easy! I will definitely refer them to other people I know. Let them help you! You won’t regret it!
