(June 22, 2021, 9:46 pm)I did board my cat here for 10 days during our Family Vacation. They were great. Even called midway through to let us know how she was doing. The only thing that was a thing. Upon calling &checking rates for boarding, I asked the ❓ How much is it per day. The person I was speaking with knew I was going out of town from Sunday to Sunday per that same conversation. I was told the day rate was $8.50. I thought wow that's awesome. Great let's get it set up. Dropped of our fur family member and headed on down to Florida. We get back late Sunday night, can't wait to get Kitty back home. Monday morning here we come kitty. Ok I had figured the cost in my head.
13.00 flea treatment for all animals being boarded. Kool plus $8.50 X 9 days =
$76.50 + $13.00 Flea
Total $89.50 Right? NoNoNo I'm asked to pay
$198.89 ??? The boarding rate per night is $20.65 × 9
plus $13.00 for flea treatment comes up to
$198.89. it seems the $8.50
Daily rate is for daycare. Just a BIG misunderstanding that I will be more thorough on my questioning for info next time. But all in all I believe they took super care of our pet and we got her home safe and sound. -

(May 4, 2020, 9:15 am)I’ve been going to Great Plains Auto Body/ Charlie Graham for roughly around 3 years. Within the last year I have seen their shop unfortunately but fortunately 4 times for auto repairs. I promise this isn’t an exaggeration but every time I go I feel as though the service gets better and better. What I love most is the family atmosphere. I’m terrible with names but one I won’t forget is Angie. She’s been there from the beginning and has been a great help with everything! You all rock and forever have my business.

From my very first phone call to ask questions, I was greeted with patience, respect, and helpfulness from Angela. She calmly walked me through the steps I needed to know to get my car towed to the shop and begin the insurance process. When I went in to drop off my key, Angela and Mike were genuinely friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was well supported and that my vehicle would be well taken care of. After a couple of weeks, my car was determined to be a total loss. Even though Great Plains was not going to be able to get the business of fixing the vehicle, the staff continued to be helpful and professional until I had gathered all my belongings from my vehicle and asked a few additional questions. All in all, Great Plains is the FIRST place I will call should I need body work again. Great people!

(February 4, 2020, 5:47 pm)Charlie Graham's team completed body work repairs for me after a rear-end accident. They did a great job, it looks amazing and they worked closely with the rental car company to make everything smooth for me. They even delivered my car to me after the work was done! In addition, they kept me informed regularly, I would get a status update every other day, or every day depending on how the work was going. They took my communication preferences into account and were really a complete joy to work with. I'll definitely come back if I ever need auto body repairs again. Highly recommend!

(November 14, 2017, 11:04 am)Charlie Graham went above and beyond for me, and I was a first time customer. I scratched the paint on my outback and a different well-known body shop in Omaha quoted me $1,300 to fix. Charlie Graham explained I had options of re-painting the panel or touching up the area. I had them buff the area and apply touch-up paint. They did this for me free of charge, and I had never been there before! I was so impressed with their service and honesty, especially Jim, Kathy, and Nicole. When I need body work done in the future, I will absolutely go to Charlie Graham.

(July 11, 2011, 2:15 am)I first started out at Jensen but after talking to the people at CG I wont be going back to Jensen again. the quote Jensen gave me seemed to always be about 20-40% higher then the same work done at Charlie Grahams. they even told me when there was work that i DID NOT NEED... I'll repeat that DID NOT NEED.. thats unheard of at Jensen. I'm staying with CG from now on.
