  I refer all my friends, and family to the Reed Agency! Mrs. Reed and her staff are genuine, polite, and highly efficient! I have purchased business, and vehicle insurance from them.   I've had nothing but a great experience since day 1. I called about a quote and she got back with me immediately. Ms. Reed walked me through the entire process while offering various coverages to fit both my needs, and my budget. She is very professional and takes pride in courteous and knowledgeable about insurance. Great place for your insurance needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I have been a customer of Ms. Reed for 5 years. Through the years she has been very helpful with my claims, that is very important to me. She worked with the insurance companies to make sure I received payment from my accidents. When I have questions I call and if the staff is busy they tell me they will call me back and they do. I also enjoy being able to use the insurance companies website or customer service dept. to answer quick questions when Ms. Reed staff is busy. Before joining the Reed Agency I used many agencies but I can honestly say Ms. Reed is a very professional, and knowledgeable agent. She will go to bat for you with a claim and for me that is what it is all about. I am proud of her and I will continue to do business with her and refer all my friends and family to her agency.
