Julie is so sweet and down to earth! She knows exactly what to do and had our home sold in two days! The first day we met her she already had a plan in place! She really made this the easiest process ever! She gave us the house of our dreams and we couldn’t be more happy!

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it. It's clear that Julie cares. She treats her customers as if they were her own family. Her attitude is always up beat, she is very respectful, and she is in constant communication to make sure her client's every need is taken care of.

Julie was amazing during our super fast home purchase. We definitely put the pressure on her with our need for immediate assistance. I called her on a Sunday morning and asked her to meet me at a house that day, we put in an offer that evening and started the paperwork process immediately. We were full of questions and needed lots of guidance to say the least and Julie was very helpful and did a great job explaining things to us in simplistic terms. She had an answer for everything almost immediately and made the home buying process so much easier than I thought was possible. We threw Julie a curve ball on a Sunday afternoon and signed closing papers in just 6 short days and she did a fabulous job coaching us through the process! Not to mention she is super sweet and genuinely cares for her clients and their happiness. If you need a realtor for selling or purchasing you should give her a call! You'll thank me later :)
