Uptech Computer

Apple could not get me in for another 5 days, so I visited here after a recommendation. Immediately took my computer, and fixed it for 1/2 the price Apple was going to charge me. Thank you!!!!

I had taken a problem with my hard drive as far as I could. Leon at UpTech was able to take it all the way. Running like new now. And had it back next day. Two thumbs up for Uptech Computer.

Leon, the Manager, was absolutely awesome to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience--and, when your work computer crashes, you need help! He was personable, attentive to my explanation of the issue, patiently worked with us when we need to find out long-ago used passwords. He called with updates while working on the problem over 2 days. Then, he not only fixed the laptop but he educated us on how to best try to prevent such from happening again. Just great!
