  Loved it! Overall very good food at a very reasonable price. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, and you can definitely taste the wood fire grill flavor in the meats. The creme brulee cheese cake for dessert is highly recommended.

  Through the years , Firebirds has been our" where do you want to go? I don't know. What about *"&':- ? No. How about c':+$#. ? No. Not in the mood. ....... Let's go to Firebirds! Ok."
  I was disappointed we couldn't sit in the outdoor section. I guess everyone found out what we knew since it was added, you just can't beat the seating outdoors , especially if it's a cool or cold day outside.
  So... We had to sit inside, next to the fireplace.
  The food was good, our waitress was exceptional. She was not a robot and knew how to work the table to maximize our great experience, and her gratuity.
  Great job! She had a great smile.... You could see it in her eyes and hear it with her voice. (All the staff wore masks)
  Thank you, Firebirds, for giving us the same comfort as always, in a time when my wife and I needed it most.

  The managers were so nice to get our group of 9 in to be seated tonight. This was my first time to eat there. The atmosphere is great! The staff was very nice! Our waitress was a sweetheart!
  Our food was yummy! I love the way the colors of the bottles look at the bar area, and the fire going in the fireplace is so perfect to me!!!

  While visiting up in Hoover, Alabama we were looking for a place to eat and found this location near our hotel. Our server name was Kaley. She had the best spirits and such great customer service. Helped me pick out a good wine with my dinner and was just so welcoming. That was the best part of my trip. The food was awesome and such a cozy environment. I’ll definitely visit again.

  It's been over a year since we had eaten at Firebirds so we figured it was time to go back. Since we live an hour away we don't get to frequent eating here as much as we like but we've always had great experiences. This time due to limited seating (covid capacity) we made a reservation online. (I would highly recommend) It was really easy to do and we arrived about 10 mins early and they took us straight to our table. We didn't order any appetizers because because we decided to add salads to our entrees. My wife ordered the 12oz sirloin center cut which was cooked perfectly and the mixed vegetables. I decided to splurge and go with the 14oz ribeye with the blue cheese and mushroom sauce added and the au gratin potatoes for a side. Food was great and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend eating here.
