Greatest gym in the Hoover/Birmingham area! From the moment I walked into this gym 2.5 years ago for my initial assessment to now, I have always felt supported and welcome. The trainers work very hard to help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective way. The workouts are both challenging and thoughtful, targeting what each person needs based on ability level. The trainers and members help make the gym so special as well! I leave each workout feeling better than when I walked in because of the community they have created here. I have truly found a gym that I enjoy going to daily!

This place is incredible! So thankful for this gym. I have several medical conditions that exercise helps greatly, I've never been able to commit to my health benefits myself. Fit People is so encouraging and supportive that I look forward to going. The owners and trainers genuine care about my health and my life. They hold me accountable, something I needed. I can't praise this gym enough. At 49 I'm healthier than I have been in years!! Thank you Annie, Taylor, and Bo!!!
