I've worked out with Matt Crane long before the Meta Fitness gym was realized. His dedication to excellence and care for his clients is unsurpassed. Not only does he care about the physical goals of his members, but he invests in a full wellness approach that you wouldn't find at a big box gym. The actual physical space is beautifully built out. The attention to detail and variation of machines is nothing less than luxury. From Peloton to Theragun, all the high end brands you expect are on site. The variety of machines allows your workouts to be varied and always exciting. I can't say enough about Meta Fitness Studio. Join - you won't regret it.

Highly recommend Meta Fitness and all their trainers. Studio is spotless and the trainers pay extra attention to keeping clients safe from germs. Love working with Mike- he has worked with me to get me in better shape and to lose weight. He also makes sure that the sessions push me, but don’t injure me.
