The in depth knowledge that Nathan showed in the explanation to why my transmission needed fixed was superb. If you have any GM type transmission, only use these guys! They Rock!

I rarely write reviews but I thought I'd take time to highly recommend Quality GM Transmission Rebuilders! They went above and beyond to help me when my 2007 Yukon transmission went out. I had a deadline to get it back by to use the vehicle for towing and they were able to meet my deadline plus a day... They recommended rebuilding the transmission as a 4l70 with upgraded parts and I chose the HD upgrade and 3 year warranty. Ashley was great and communicated with me and called me back multiple times as I had questions or needed to check in. Amazing service and can't recommend them more highly. These days to get good customer service is like finding a unicorn and I did! Drove the vehicle home yesterday and it shifted great and drove great, very happy with the work they performed. Hope this helps someone else looking for a transmission shop.

Had my truck for a transmission rebuild, took a week not complaining about that. Had the front skid plate removed off my truck over the corse of 6 days. Decided to let it go and replace it. Promptly got a call from them.

As for the company, they are nice and timely. If something goes wrong, like it did with me. They will try and make it right. Also they are affordable, and respectful.
