Regency Title & Closing

This place is amazing! The trio suite is very spacious and has everything you need! The rooms were clean and the king bed was super comfortable. Any time I am in the Dallas area this is where I will stay. The front desk lady Alexis was very kind and check in was super easy. Thank you Hyatt House for such a great experience!

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel! We always enjoy our stays here! They are my favorite hotel to say on.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Anthony at the front desk made sure we had everything we need and that we were really happy with our experience. Great price value. Rooms were nice and big. Breakfast was good and the bartender at the bar was even great. I will be staying again!

Stay was good. We were greeted by Denise at the front. Easy check in and she was super friendly. We were there and hour early but she still let us check in with no problem.
Room clean. Pool clean. Just a really good overall stay.

There was one minor issue. The only thing that was bad was the shower head in the bedroom of the king size bed (room 1421, Trio) had mold on the shower head. Please replace these! There is no sense in trying to clean it. You can tell someone tried but lots of mold still on it. We used the other bathroom and that shower head was basically new looking. So not a big deal because we had two showers, but it needs to be replaced. Thats what keeps this from being a 5star review.

Still, great place and really nice stay. Just fix that small issue.
