Frederick McCray has great customer service and leadership skills. I can come and talk with Frederick about any issues and I know the problem will be solve. Frederick is the perfect example of great leader.

New resident here, the leading staff are a dream team. They were very personable, helpful, and i can’t imagine having received better service. We experienced a slight plumbing issue upon moving in, but Mr.Dino came right out by the second day and resolved the issue in under an hour. Overall 5/5.

I had a couple of maintenance issues that I submitted to the office and after the work was completed I so appreciated the assistant manager following up on these issues to be sure they had been resolved. Not to mention the maintenance man that actually did the job. He is very conscientious and helpful. It’s so nice to feel like it matters to them that the job be done well.
