Adam is the best customer service representative I've ever met! He goes way above & beyond to make your experience pleasant and easy. He's so extraordinary, I try to only do business at my local store when he's going to be there. He even helped out after hours when I had a family emergency and needed help with my phone service. Priceless!! He should be a leader in customer service training!

I am so grateful to God I came in today and this young man waited on me and he did an awesome job I mean a awesome job! I came into Verizon in calera store and had a great experience. She showed several phone options. We picked the best option for us. I would recommend anyone to come see Amy for a phone. This will be my store from now on.
