Quick response and I really like my service technician. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really like the email updates about when they will arrive and texts when they are on their way. Great service!!

We use Orkin for all of our pest control needs. Even though this is a national company, we feel like they are local since many of the technicians are long time employees so you develop relationships with them. Jacob performed our termite inspection and found non termite issues which Orkin will address. I appreciate that they look at the big picture.

In my personal opinion Orkin is leaps and bounds above theIr competition. And when it comes to customer service, their management team is the greatest, and Mr. Jerry Who is the technician that treats my house for pests every month is awesome and he’s very knowledgeable in the field of extermination. I was very pleased with my servicing on yesterday morning. I was happy that they showed up actually within the 2 hr window I was giving and not after as the old guy Kyle would do!!
I think one guy was a manager, and the other person was shadowing him. Yet they both were very responsive, in answering all my questions and provided great feedback. They replaced all traps with activity on them for me and placed new ones down in my garage and behind each door entrance to my home! Also thoroughly treated the exterior of my home which is why I'm giving 5 stars!

The Orkin professional that provided our service is OUTSTANDING! He took the time to discuss our individual needs and provided excellent service. He ensured that all of our pets were safe and secure and ensured to take great care in the use of products near our garden area. I would highly recommend using Orkin for all of your pest control services.
