The appointment system works very well. I think I spent only 10-15 minutes in waiting room. Thorough testing of vitals as well as COVID, Strep and Flu. Good 9ne on one with Doctor and I left satisfied.

The online check-in was kind of frustrating with the license and insurance card having to be jpeg but that was small. The great customer service from the young man at the front desk (who was extremely professional), more than made up for that as well as the amazing service from the attending nurse practitioner. This was my first time at the clinic and it was an amazing experience thank you!!!

Staff were friendly. Amy, the nurse practitioner we saw was really nice. In and out in less than 30 minutes. My child got swimmer's ear at the lake.

EDIT: I called the day after my child was seen bc his symptoms were not really improving. The Amy, NP said it would be 48 hrs before we really saw improvement, and to keep doing what we were doing. The next day they called to check on him. Dr's don't do that anymore. Great place.
