Absolutely fantastic customer service. Just walk into their office after you have walked into other moving comapny offices and you will notice the difference right away. The move was perfect and it was obvious they don't just let any person work for the team and only hire the best.
Great service on both of my moves. Any consumer who does their research knows to never elect for the basic valuation (insurance) that is offered. Get additional insurance to cover yourself. It is cheap.
I am a military member of 24 years. By far the best moving experience my family has ever had. I wish all my other moves went this well. After my move, I did some research on them and didn't realize how much they support the military and their families. I was at a military function and mentioned how great the move was and just about every one at my table had nothing but great things to say. They obviously move quite a bit of military soldiers in and out of AK.
