    These classes will work you hard! I was sore for a week. I can't wait to go back, and love that I can get a great workout without getting all sweaty!

    I've been going a couple days a week now and I already feel stronger. I'm an avid hiker/rock climber and pure barre helps me tremendously with core strength and protecting my lower back. The whole staff is very supportive and positive, one of the best parts is the community created within the studio. Also, the clothes are adorable!

    After just 2 weeks, I am feeling better than ever! This class has helped my strength, flexibility and mental health too! The classes are structured well to help you follow along, and take small stretch breaks. Every class is a little different to keep you on your toes (literally!), and its fun to find your groove with the moves to see yourself improve!
