GCI Store | Eagle River

I was shopping nearby & ran in to pay my GCI bill while I was in the area. The store is clean, neat, & scrupulously follows the current Covid protocol. The courteous young man who waited on me was friendly & helpful. Good store!

Shelley was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service and quick with setting everything up. My cell service is often spotty in some areas of Alaska whereas at&t never was but that’s my only complaint. The eagle river location is a great place to do business at!

Very knowledgeable staff at this location. Was able to get my phone problems resolved in one stop. GCI has many service plans and they were able to explain which one is the best for me cost wise. At another location I had been told I would have to post a huge deposit and the staff here was willing to take the time to double check and determine that a deposit was not required to establish a cellphone service.
