Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows

What a beautiful church! The interior wood paneling and the views set it above so many churches. It also gave made attending worship service there really enjoyable.

Not only does it serve as the Catholic church, but Sundays at 10am it also serves as the meeting place for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Girdwood Branch, which is a wonderful group of people who are very welcoming.

Have worked several weddings here over many year. Beautiful Chapel and Joan, who manages the facility is amazing, kind and alway a joy to work with!

If you're looking for a cozy place to get married in Girdwood, this is definitely a good choice! As a photographer I love all of the natural light inside the chapel, it makes for beautiful ceremony photos. It's also surrounded by mountains and gorgeous places to sneak off for photos!

If you like wood cabins then you'll love this church. There is plenty of parking and a reception room downstairs with a full size kitchen. There is very little storage space, so you'll need to transport equipment.

Plenty of light and a beautiful view of the mountains. Step outside and you'll see a small creek and trail behind the church.

I'm planning to get married here. Professionals know this place very well, so they know exactly what to do. Have a look and you'll be impressed.

My wife got married here and had an amazing experience. Joan helped us coordinate our wedding, and was very helpful and kind. We couldn't ask for a more understanding hostess and easy experience. The chapel itself is beautiful and makes the perfect setting for a wedding or religious event. We will happily recommend Our Lady of Snows to friends and family. We are very grateful.
