Summit Eye Care: Ashley Kettler, OD

Dr. Kettler and her associates are the best! She was very informative with my eye concerns and made sure I understood it. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. :)

This review is EARNED. Not only are the staff here helpful, I believe the doctor's are phenomenal. I had an issue with my contacting fitting that turned into a huge mess.

The were able to take care of all my concerns and fix them.

I don't expect people to be perfect, but. I do expect things to be "right." They will work to get you the best prescription and ensure that you are happy.

Part of this process involved talking with billing they were able to explain what was not possible and what was possibly clearly. Without asking, I got a call from the practice manager who ensured that I was happy.

I believe that you will have a good experience here with zero issues. I also think that it's nice to know that they will fix it. Dr. Kettler is wonderful and goes above and beyond. The receptionists, billing people, and manager also do as well.

I had a great experience at Summit Eye Care. It's a convenient location for me, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. As a first-time patient, they fit me into their schedule promptly and my appointment never felt rushed, as it has at some other Dr. offices. Dr. Kettler was thorough and took her time to make sure my questions were answered. Their eye imaging technology is fantastic and really cool to see. April quickly got the images they needed and I appreciated the image review with Dr. Kettler and the in-depth discussion about my eye health. Alicia was incredibly helpful and took time to sit down with me and explain the different frame and lens options available to me, with absolutely no pressure. I have already recommended Summit to my friends and coworkers and will be returning.

Fantastic experience start to finish. They were able to fit me into the schedule quickly even though it was last minute AND I was a new patient. The front office was friendly and helpful. The optician April was a dream, and Dr. Kettler was fantastic. They didn't even have to dilate my eyes thanks to a new camera they have (They might dilate yours if they need to so don't think it won't happen). Definitely going back.
