This is a great company not only to rent from, to use as property management but also as a realtor.
My first experience with Charlene Moss Realty was as a tenant, every time I had an issue they were quick to fix it. Because of the great experience I had renting from them, I contacted them to manage my property when I need it, which they did for 3 years! Their whole staff has been great to work with over the years. Because of the great job they did managing my property I had no second thoughts about using them when I needed them to sell it.
The sale of the property went very smoothly, Rheannon was there and available every step of the way, she had great attention to detail and always gave great recommendations on how to proceed.
I highly, highly recommend them! Very professional! Great communication! Very honest about pros and cons!

I just sold a 4-Plex that Charlene Moss and her team managed for over 2 years for us. Rheannon and Jane were always pleasant, professional, and responded promptly to our calls or texts. They did an excellent job communicating with me and from my perspective were very responsive to the tenant’s requests. Any repairs were scheduled timely, and they always followed up with us to make sure we were aware of any repair requests or complaints. Annual inspections were through and timely. They followed the letter of the law when dealing with delinquent rents and always provided sound guidance and advice. I was extremely happy with their service and would most definitely use them again!!

Overall a Great Experience. I had Charlene and her team managing my property for almost 7 years before I decided to sell. They did a great job managing my property and communicating with me about what was going on with my property. If I had questions I just called them and they were helpful. Then I decided to sell and since they did a good job at managing I gave them first crack at selling it. They made things really easy and again communication was great! Charlene and Rheannon were an excellent team to work with.

My family and I have been renting a home in which Charlene Moss Realty manages, for about 2 years now. We moved from out of state and their team made it really easy for us. Throughout the past two years they have been extremely responsive to any issues we had and when the owner of our house decided to sell, the team made sure we knew far in advance and offered assistance in finding a new place, whether to guy or rent.
