Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

On last visit server was not attentive and food/ drinks were very slow coming out. Servers apology said that Cooks were running behind. We were seated near the bar and had a great view of the order ready counter. The order ready counter was over flowing... did not appear that Cooks were behind. And, we watched our drinks sit at the bar for almost 10 minutes. Burgers were good, but fries were cold. We normally have a great experience here.

LOVE this eatery! Our family really enjoys the food and atmosphere of the place. It's not quiet...more like a sports bar/restaurant. With 6 of us, we always get a corner booth that tends to be in a quieter section so we can talk without shouting. Very popular with people who have kids. Wait staff is usually good, but there are the few who need a bit more training.

Great food. Great service. Attentive staff and a clean restaurant. Likely the best burger menu in the state. And the drink menu was fun with cool choices. Always a winner at Red Robin Wasilla, Alaska. #Yum

Service was great, we were checked on consistently with quick followup on anything we needed. Super friendly waitress. The food was of great quality and came to my table quick. The freckled(?) lemonade was amazing. The salad was good, although the ranch tasted really watered down and the lettuce was a bit questionable sometimes. Thats pretty normal though, everything else was great.
