The management changed a few years back and the park is very clean and well maintained, they are always looking for improvements. We have a good selection of activities. Life long friends have been made at our little paradise in Arizona.

(June 23, 2017, 8:17 am)I really appreciate the follow rules as written policy. Now residents know exactly how, what, and when, and can refer to the rules guidelines. The park is looking so refreshed now, and I truly appreciate all the improvement. Yes the park is older, however what upgrades that have been done make it less run down looking. The rent is very fair in comparison to the majority of all other parks anywhere around us. The manager is reliable, and does follow rules!
