(September 24, 2022, 12:55 pm)Have always loved visiting here but were stunned at how the new management has bamboozled the residents. Using their park as a guinea pig since they have never managed RV parks before...not asking their opinions before tearing down features that are in good shape and leaving them without for months when they said "only 3 weeks" for replacements or reconstruction. We really hate the new "cracker box" homes that have been brought in. I could go on but will finish on this note....how dare you structure their rent so they can no longer pay annually....of course it allows you to raise the rent throughout the year.....already twice!!! And it was 6 percent instead of the 3 percent you stated publicly. We are no longer considering moving there.
