    One of the most beautifully, thoughtfully designed spaces I've been to practice in quite some time. The attention to detail and the ambience cultivated by the owner and teachers is everything you could ask. So welcoming. Feels more like stepping into a home than a yoga studio. This mall slice of Avondale paradise is real hidden gem.

    I was absolutely new to yoga before attending classes here. Every instructor has been very helpful and takes the time to explain different poses and assists me in getting a deeper stretch. It is apparent that they put a lot of effort into creating a relaxing atmosphere which is greatly appreciated when I go there specifically to destress. I highly recommend this studio for those that are looking to start yoga, enjoy a challenging workout, or need a place to escape.
