AZ Medical Weight Control (Avondale)

I want to give a shout-out to Cindy (Medical Assistant). I like her attentive, genuine, and great customer service! Cindy takes the time to look at you, smile, ask if she can answer any questions ! Additionally , the NP was just as great! I recommend that Cindy train the rest of the MA’s in customer service .
I am a happy customer to have one MA and the NP provide quality service.

The program at AZ weight loss does work if you consistently follow the plan. I lost 6-7lbs in one week. The only thing thatbI questioned to myself is that there are several people working at front office but it take so long for your name to be called then you have to wait again after you've been seen. I feel they can have a better system in place to get people out sooner. Maybe we can pay upon arrival as we already know what we want or pay by the month and have the medical assistant give us our pills before we leave the room then we can leave right after and not crowd up the waiting area. Just a thought but I am willing to do what I need to lose weight so if I have to wait longer then so be it.

My first visit was this afternoon, I had Tony do my consultation! He was a complete doll! Totally looking forward to my weight loss journey! Thank you again!
