  If you need Insurance this is where you want to go. It was about 7 or 8 years ago that i walked in here needing insurance but wasn't sure what I wanted or even needed. Rachel Mendoza helped through that entire process. It was the first time I had ever purchased my own auto insurance so to say the least I had no clue what I was doing. She was patient, answered all my questions and helped me understand the choices I had so I would end up with what worked best for me. I left feeling much better then when I arrived that's for sure. Well today I thought I was going to be my own agent and make some changes to my policy myself online. BIG mistake!!! I called the office at literally 5:03pm mind you it's a Saturday. Rachel answers the phone and I quickly blurted out what I did and her response was no problem, let me log back in and get it fixed for you. YES.... she stayed over an hour fixing the mess I created trying to add a new car and change coverage on another ???? She is seriously amazing and has been since day 1. Thank you Rachel for all your help, I will definitely be a life long customer as long as you're there!!

  I highly recommend Acceptance Insurance to anybody that needs insurance. My agent Rachel is Awesome!! She is very helpful and very patient to work with. She will help find the best deal for you. She goes out of her way to always update you on your insurance.
  Theirs time I dont even go into the office she renews my insurance for me.
  I have been coming here for a long time and I am not going anywhere else.

  My policy was taken care of over the phone, Rachel was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can't give acceptance 5 stars yet because I haven't gotten to really know them yet. Rachel gave a 5 star first impression, thank you Rachel!!
