I have suffered with gout the past few years and when it flares, I can always count on Dr Pramhus to respond quickly to my messages through the Patient Portal. Before the day is through, I have picked up my prescription and started treatment. I greatly appreciate his compassion, professionalism and prompt attention to my medical concerns.
