Right away they were extremely helpful even though they had just ran out of my size tire, I was able to run to the big name shop a few miles away (where they had a 3 hour wait and no appointments for 2 weeks) buy my tires there, still get my warranty and bring them back here to get installed. I'll be stopping in for all my tire needs from now on since it's so close.
