Dr. Ransdell and his entire Staff were professional, kind and caring. His knowledge and patience in explaining possible root causes of problems and discussing solutions is delivered in a kind and calming manner. If you want the “best” — don’t hesitate in calling Custom Eyes!

I am a challenging patient for a few reasons, yet he always has a good bedside manner and always offers solutions to improve my vision. He could easily stick with my same prescription and call it a visit, but he chooses to find the best option he can even though it may take some extra time. His staff is very friendly as well.
