First class organization! Chris Matusz is highly organized and takes the extra time and steps to make sure you are achieving your goals. Best one on one training available. Chris works with professional athletes to the elderly. No matter your level he has the patience, care, and knowledge to help you obtain your goals in a safe methodical manner.

I started personal training with Chris at Total Sports Performance in August 2016 after finishing physical therapy on my neck at Total Sports Therapy. Before my first session, Chris talked with my Physical Therapist to make sure he fully understood the situation with my neck. He created an exercise plan for me that built upon what PT had done and avoided any motions that could cause possible re-injury to my neck. In addition, Chris spent time talking to me about my goals and then added exercises to support those goals. Chris stressed the need to eat healthier and to make time to exercise a bit a couple times a week outside of my twice per week sessions with him.
I have been with Chris a year and a half now, and my workouts have changed every couple of months as my strength and balance have improved. Chris continues to be extremely motivational during every visit. Even when I don't eat as well as I should, or I don't exercise outside of my workouts, Chris never gives up on me. I would recommend Chris to anyone wanting an enthusiastic and supportive Personal Trainer with a high level of skill in creating custom exercise programs. My husband, son and mom workout with Chris too. We are lucky to have him working with us to improve our family's health and wellness.

Chris is very knowledgeable with the right amount of pushing me to do more but also knowing what my limit is. Solid, dependable and able to keep his clients motivated In addition to having better mobility and coordination with this program, I also lost a lot of weight. A better program and trainer you will not find!

Chris is the best in the business. Not only is he making my son more athletic but he's working on his mental approach which will pay off in baseball. My son is 14 and at a pivotal age to grow stronger both physically and mentally, I would not be going to any else beside Chris for this development. He has a unique and tailored approach, whereas he will build a specific workout regimen for your child and through doing so he will measure the progress and performance along the way. I would recommend to anyone 2 or 3 lessons per week w Chris, he will make your kid better. Enough said!!!
