  Unfortunately, every time I call Cave Creek Septic - it's an emergency. Our septic tank is on its last leg, but we are trying to prolong the replacement until we get our remodeling plans finalized and approved. The bad news is that we are now pumping our tank just about monthly :( The good news is, that the team at Cave Creek Septic is always so accommodating of our emergency over here and they are quick to send out a technician usually within 24 hours depending on when I make the initial call. They make a point to send us our same technician every time (shout out to Kurtis!). He is very kind and knowledgeable and gets our septic tank drained and up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend Cave Creek Septic and their team.

  Working with everyone at Cave Creek Septic was incredible! From the phone call to set up pumping my septic tank to the technicians that came to my home, very professional and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and pricing is very reasonable for the services they provided. Don’t go anywhere else for you septic needs. Call Cave Creek Septic! They are the best!

  I sort of stumbled upon these guys having no friends to refer me somewhere. Not only were they quick to help, but extremely professional, honest with their advice, and more than fair on prices and adjustments. I will never need another septic company. Great job Ed, Josh, and team!

  If I could give Cave Creek Septic 10 Stars I would! Stop researching and just use this company. I wish I had found them sooner. The owner Ed has spent hours on the phone educating me on owning my own septic. You cannot put a price tag on his knowledge, experience and honesty this man and his company has to offer. I will only ever use CaveCreek Septic..
